Welcome to Sampson Lure Company's official website! My name is Mark Sampson. I am an avid fisherman and spend my summers fishing off of the coast of Capecod, Ma. Over the years, I have noticed that baby lobsters are the favorite prey of Striped Bass, Cod, Halibut, Wolf Fish, Grouper and Blues. I decided that The Lobster Lure would be a sure fire way to catch the big ones. After several years of development and real time R&D on the ocean, I have come up with a lure that all my friends are now using. The Lobster Lure TM can be used by Surf Casters or Drift Fisherman, but the best results come from jigging a line wire across the the bottom of the ocean floor where the really big fish tend to feed.
